- Providing a business advisory service to assist entrepreneurs in understanding the business case for their product/service and what differentiates it;
- Road mapping the key mile stones to success;
- Diagnosing shortcomings in resources and
- Facilitating access to such resources (including business finance);
- Identifying skills gaps and facilitating access to resources to address those; and
- Providing ongoing mentorship, performance monitoring and business guidance
