JRB was founded as a 100% black owned business based on the founder’s expertise in the field of SMME development and to address some of the current shortcomings in the SMME development approach. In essence, JRB offers the following services and interventions:

• Providing a business advisory service to assist entrepreneurs in understanding the business case for their product/service and what differentiates it;
• Road mapping the key mile stones to success;
• Diagnosing shortcomings in resources and
• Facilitating access to such resources (including business finance);
• Identifying skills gaps and facilitating access to resources to address those; and
• Providing ongoing mentorship, performance monitoring and business guidance
